Exchange or Refund Policy

We do our best to provide you the best online shopping experience, for that reason we provide you a return policy of 30 days after the item has been delivered to the customer! To request a return you must contact us at Cristianmlopez45@gmail.com providing us your order number and the reason of the return.

In order to qualify for a return the item must be in the same conditions as it was delivered, unused and in the original package that you receive it.

Once we receive your order request we will review it and if approved we will contact you with a (return shipping label and the instruction on how to use it and where to send the package) on the same email/phone number that you contacted us. ( Return Shipping cost will be covered by Clothescustomized.com)

We accept exchange if you received the wrong item, item damaged or if the item did not fit you, in order to proceed with the exchange you must have contacted us with the return request and the size/color that you want to exchange with, if approved we will send you a return shipping label and once we receive the item we will ship the item that you wanted to exchange with.

We accept Refund if you received the wrong item, item damaged or if the item did not fit you, just contact us with your return request and if approved we will provide you the information on how to return the item, once we receive the item we will refund your money (the money should take 2-3 business days to appear in your bank account.
